Retreat Overview

Your retreat will begin on Friday afternoon with a personal session with our trainers guide you through retreat program and to answer any questions you may have. A subtle evening yoga session will help you to recover from a day of traveling before you join other participants for your welcome dinner.

During the 4 days you could enjoy daily sessions on yoga, meditation, pranayama followed by the transformations NLP Practitioner training.

The retreat Monday with a morning yoga practice and a tasty breakfast. You are free to extend with prior arrangements to relax at the Resort or continue your travels in Sri Lanka.

Daily Program

7:30 am Vinyasa Yoga (90 min)

Vinyasa yoga is a practice in which a continuous sequence of postures and breathing are the primary forms. Vinyasa translates to ʻcorrect purposeful placement of movement and breathʼ and so this group class focuses on proper sequencing of movement to create a dynamic sense of flow, good form, and alignment. Variations will be given to accommodate practitioners of all levels.

10:00 NLP Program

The NLP program covers the following traits with practical demonstrations and activities that will transform your life.

Throughout the duration of the Four Day NLP Practitioner Training course you will learn:

  • The basis of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).
  • How to create and maintain genuine rapport.
  • Understand and utilise body language in communication.
  • Skills in observing other people.
  • How to create positive change in yourself and others.
  • The conscious use of language.
  • How to set effective value-driven goals both personally and professionally.
  • How to take charge of your own life, having physical and mental alignment to become confident in everything you do.
  • To adapt to different thinking and learning styles, and experience different perspectives.
  • Create and manage your own emotional states to gain high performance.
  • Learn how to manage stress, sustain high performance states and a greater sense of well being.


6:45 pm Meditation and Guided Pranayama Exercises (45 min)

Explore different techniques of meditation in our open air yoga hall or on the beach.
Pranayama is the practice of controlling or regulating the breath in order to increase vitality and overall well-being. We explore a range of breathing exercises and learn the proper techniques used for breathing in poses, cleansing, energizing, and meditation. We also begin to cultivate the practice of seated meditation and self reflection via some writing exercises.
